Return Process

  2. Pack Your Gear: Repack items in original packaging with all tags attached – treat it like preparing for a summit attempt

Exchange Process

Need a different size backpack or color of tent? The exchange process mirrors our return process:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
