Exchange Process
Need a different size backpack or color of tent? The exchange process mirrors our return process:
- Follow steps 1-3 above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hunting accessories (used or opened)
- Sleeping bags (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom-made items

For our global adventurers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
